Welcome to AZ Pines & Needles. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as outlined in our Booking & Payment Policy. A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is secured.

Payments

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Final payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of the cabin is five (5) guests unless otherwise approved in writing.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Check-In and Check-Out

Guests agree to observe the published check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect.
• Follow all posted safety instructions and house rules.
• Keep the cabin and sewing studio reasonably clean during their stay.
  • Secure the sewing studio and cabin when leaving the property.
  • Promptly report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their group beyond normal wear and tear. Sewing Studio The sewing studio is provided exclusively for registered guests during their reservation. Guests are responsible for using sewing equipment and furnishings safely and appropriately. Fire Safety Due to the high wildfire risk in Pine, Arizona:
  • The wood pellet stove is not available for guest use.
  • The outdoor fire pit is not available for guest use.
  • Candles, fireworks, and any other open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
  Pets Pets are not permitted. Service dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required following the stay. Smoking Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin and sewing studio. Wildlife Our property is located in a forested area where wildlife is common. Guests are responsible for properly securing all food and trash and should never approach or feed wildlife. Personal Property Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. AZ Pines & Needles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Liability Guests assume responsibility for their own safety while using the property. By staying at the retreat, guests acknowledge that outdoor areas, stairs, walkways, weather conditions, and sewing equipment may present inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Pines & Needles is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from a guest’s use of the property, except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law.
