PLEASE NOTE: Your deposit must be paid by debit or credit card. If you want to pay the balance via Zelle, please send us an email to info@azpinesandneedles.com after paying your deposit. Reservations that are 30 days or less from start date will require full online payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 90 or more days in advance, you will receive your deposit back, minus a $20 cancellation fee. If paid in full, you will receive your full payment back, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 89 to 31 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days in advance, no refunds are available.
For all cancellations, payments may be transferred to a future retreat one time only and must be used within one year of original arrival date.
