Here are a few things you might want to know:

Booking & Payment

Q. Do you accept online reservations or payments?

A.   Yes

Q. What does the rental fee include?

A. The price includes lodging, bedding, one set of towels per guest, a fully stocked kitchen, and 24/7 access to the sewing area.

Q. What is your payment policy?

A. A deposit of $200 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to arrival.

Q. Is there a cleaning fee?

A. Yes, we have a $175 cleaning fee on all reservations.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

  • If you cancel your reservation 90 or more days in advance, you will receive your deposit back, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation 89 to 31 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days in advance, no refunds are available.
  • For all cancellations, payments may be transferred to a future retreat one time only and must be used within 18 months.

Q. Do you have a waiting list?

A. Yes. You may ask to be placed next in line if your requested dates become available.

Guest Policy

Q. Is this a women’s-only facility?

A. No, everyone is welcome.

Q. Are children under 18 allowed?

A. We do not allow children under the age of 18.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. We do not allow pets. However, service animals that meet ADA guidelines are allowed. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if extra cleaning is required.

Capacity & Lodging

Q. What groups can you accommodate?

A. We welcome everyone—quilters, scrapbookers, rubber stampers, and other crafting groups.

Q. How many guests can attend?

A. We can accommodate a maximum of five guests.

Q. What are the sleeping arrangements?

A. We have two bedrooms in the main cabin: one with two twin beds and the other with three twin beds.

Q. How many bathrooms do you have?

A. There are two full baths in the main cabin and one full bath in the sewing room. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Q. Is the cabin a single floor?

A. No. The cabin is raised, so guests must use either the stairs or the walkway to enter the main level of the cabin. Bedrooms are on the main level.

Q. Is Wi-FI Available?

A. Yes, in both the cabin and sewing room.

Q. Are there outdoor spaces to relax?

A. Yes. There is a full deck on the front of the cabin and a porch outside the kitchen. The sewing room also has a patio.

Q. What kitchen supplies do you provide?

A. The kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, cookware, crockpots, blender, toaster, hand mixer, plates, utensils, glasses, a Keurig and more.

Sewing Space & Amenities

A. The sewing room is detached from the main cabin. Guests will need to go outside and walk a short distance on a paved surface between the sewing room and the cabin. The sewing area is open 24/7 for your enjoyment. There is an outside patio for relaxing and watching the local wildlife as they pass thru.
